Requirements for application:
- An advanced diploma in any built environment related discipline such as Architectural studies,
- Construction studies, Civil engineering, Property, Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management OR,
- A Bachelors or BTech degree in any built environment related discipline such as Architectural studies, Construction studies, Civil engineering, Property, Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management
- Differently Qualified Applicants who fall outside of the normal admission requirements who can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university that they have a qualification or experiential or work based learning which has taken the learner to an equivalent level of qualification specified above may be considered for admission and/or for the recognition of prior accredited and/or prior experiential learning
- A person other than a graduate who has in any other manner satisfied the Senate that s/he is so qualified.
