Bachelor of Science in Construction StudiesThe three-year BSc in Construction Studies forms the foundation of these professional fields and gives you insights into how they interact. This will help you decide which professional field to pursue at Honours level.
Wits alumnus: Matlali Queen MatsotsoMatlali studied for a BSc degree in Property Studies. The three-year BSc in Construction Studies (in the field of Property Studies) programme provides comprehensive training in most aspects of the property business, including finance, investment, development and valuation.
Wits alumnus: Balulekile SanqelaBalulekile studied for a BSc degree in Construction Studies. He explains that this is an all-encompassing degree that incorporates Quantity Surveying and Construction Management and allows students to choose a specialised field at an honours level.

Bachelor of Science in Property Studies

The three-year Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Construction Studies (in the field of Property Studies) programme provides comprehensive training in most aspects of the property business, including finance, investment, development and valuation. This degree is also the first of its kind at the University of the Witwatersrand.
