SA/EU Policy Dialogues

Project overview

The SA/EU International Dialogue on Strengthening Digital Governance in South Africa provides the opportunity for the partners (the South African Department of Public Service and Administration, the Centre for Public Service Innovation and the Danish Agency for Digitisation of the Ministry of Finance) to engage in mutual learning through policy and practice dialogues.

The policy dialogues will be facilitated by Wits University, through the Tayarisha Centre, and are envisaged to contribute to producing strategic insight and guidance towards developing and implementing pragmatic and responsive strategies and roadmaps for effective digital governance in current and anticipated future socio-economic conditions. The South African and Danish partners are particularly interested in, supported by research, strategising for better governance in their respective digital transformation contexts and journeys.

The Dialogues process will involve case study research, conferences, practice studios, study tours, and policy / strategy drafting. For more, visit the CPSI SA-EU Dialogue Page (link: https://www.cpsi.co.za/sa-eu-dialogue/)
