Engaged Scholarship Journey and Innovations with Professor Bernadette Atuahene
Professor Bernadette Atuahene, an American Law Professor and writer, encouraged academics to make their work personal, saying that there is great power in individualizing a problem. She was speaking at the Wits School of Governance Roundtable on Engaged Scholarship Journey and Innovations on 18 July 2024. Professor Atuahene said that by presenting an issue on a personal level, academics can make their findings more impactful and relatable.

To this end, interested parties are invited to make paper submissions.

Tayarisha seeks to invite papers on digital governance politics, strategies and administration from perspectives in the Global South. Accepted papers will be assembled into the second working papers volume, and a subset of relevant papers will be chosen for consideration towards a proposed Special Issue on “The international politics of AI Governance: A view from the Global South”. The closing date for the call is 30 October 2024.
