We have named the new Centre “Tayarisha”. Tayarisha is a kiSwahili word meaning to make ready or to prepare; to make tayari which is a verb, signifying a process rather than a state. We have chosen this name to reflect our view of governance in times of rapid change as a process of continuous and dynamic learning, leadership and adaptation.
