Sydney Brenner Institute for Molecular Bioscience

The Sydney Brenner Institute for Molecular Bioscience (SBIMB) is a burgeoning multi-disciplinary research institute dedicated to investigating the molecular and genomic aetiology of diseases among African populations. The Division of Human Genetics and the SBIMB havee strong links since the SBIMB Director (Prof Michèle Ramsay) is a Professor in Human Genetics and all her postgraduate students are registered through the Division.
