We offer a range of support services to promote your mental health and wellbeing, help you manage the personal, emotional, and psychological challenges that may arise during university life.

Individual Therapy 

University life can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming, stressful, or lonely at times. Individual therapy provides a safe, respectful and non-judgmental space to talk about anything affecting your wellbeing, functioning or university experience.

Containment/ Crisis Management

Containment provides short-term, immediate support for students in acute distress. It focuses on stabilisation and safety. If ongoing support is needed, we will refer you for continued care.

We offer a range of group-based interventions designed to build awareness, strengthen coping, and support students’ wellbeing and development within the university environment.

Group Interventions

Participate in interactive, supportive group spaces where you can learn from shared experiences, build insight and practical skills, and connect with others in a safe environment.
