Centre for Learning on Evaluation and Results (CLEAR-AA)
In response to growing demands for contextually effective development programmes, African governments and parliamentarians are increasing recognition for rigorous performance measurement and establishing national evaluation systems. These efforts are supported by key stakeholders working in academia and a growing network of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) professionals.
At CLEAR-AA, we apply a “whole-of-systems” approach, working with all stakeholders to strengthen national systems and generate knowledge on “what works” and “how to” of M&E capacity development in Anglophone Africa.
We combine global best practices in evaluation capacity building with a strong grounding in the local context, engaging key stakeholders through various platforms.
