Teaching and Learning
CLM Teaching and Learning Unit
The Faculty of Commerce, Law, and Management’s Teaching and Learning Unit was established in January 2018. It aims to support improved teaching and learning within the Faculty by working closely with students and academics, disciplines and schools, as well as with groups like New Generation of Academics Programme staff members.
The Unit focuses on academic staff development and support, student excellence and support, writing development and support, data analytics, and enhancing the scholarship of teaching and learning within the Faculty.
Current projects include an induction programme for academic staff, an assessment project funded by the University Capacity Development Programme, a translation project in line with the university’s language policy, and numerous student success and support initiatives.
