YEOVILLE STUDIO ON COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Yeoville Studio participated in several events focused on the question of University links with the broader society. 

Wits organised an internal colloquium to reflect on Community engagement in 2011, where Claire Bénit-Gbaffou reflected on her experience in directing Yeoville Studio.

Internationally, Yeoville Studio was asked to participate in the People Building Better Cities event, held in Johannesburg in 2013. Some items were exhibited at Wits for the gathering, and Claire Bénit-Gbaffou gave some opening comments as well as an overall reflection on the Studio.
