Pinaki Chakraborty, Visiting Researcher
Pinaki Chakraborty is a former Director of the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP), New Delhi, and is currently a Visiting Distinguished Professor at the same institute. He served as the Economic Adviser to the Fourteenth Finance Commission of India. He has also worked at UNICEF as Chief of Social Policy and as Chief of the Field Office for UNICEF in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, India.
