Top Grade 12 Learners Visit the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering

The School of Civil and Environmental Engineering proudly welcomed a group of Grade 12 learners — Wits Top Applicants for 2025 — and their parents.
These top-performing learners travelled from across the country to experience firsthand what it means to be part of the vibrant Wits community.
During their visit, the learners attended an informative presentation showcasing the School’s diverse disciplines, followed by a guided tour of our cutting-edge laboratories — including the Structures, Environmental Engineering, Hydraulics, and Construction Materials Laboratories.
The experience offered the learners valuable insight into what awaits them should they choose to pursue their studies with us in 2026.
