Professor Robyn Lynne Van Zyl from the Department of Pharmacy and Pharmacology in the School of Therapeutic Sciences, will present her inaugural lecture.
Malaria remains a concern for all those living on the African continent. Attempts to elucidate critical pathways within this intriguing parasite, and to discover potential antimalarial compounds, have required commitment and resolve.
