Finance Minister Tito Mboweni will present the Medium-Term Budget Policy Statement (MTPBS) on 28 October 2020. As the debate rages about the fiscal and monetary interventions required to revive the South African economy, what policy options are available?

Based on proposals emerging from the SA Future Economy project, the speakers will present recommendations on the short and long-term fiscal and monetary policy choices that should be considered by the government.
