SCIS, with support from the Open Society Foundation, presents a B-BBEE Chapeaux Report launch webinar on 6 October, 16:30 SAST

The Southern Centre for Inequality Studies (SCIS), with support from the Open Society Foundation (OSF), has recently completed a study of black economic empowerment policy. Whilst most agree that progress with empowerment policy has been limited, there remains no clear framework for monitoring progress or evaluating outcomes. The study aimed to locate empowerment within an analysis of wealth accumulation and the distribution of assets in a changing economy. The research project has produced a chapeaux or overview paper which distills the findings of research papers commissioned and produced by scholars and industry experts on BEE.  Join the conversation on 6 October 16:30 - 18:00 SAST
