The entrepreneurial mindset is about seeing a world full of opportunities, not obstacles - about seeing solvable problems, not limiting barriers.  It is about striving to create value for a broad stakeholder base and improving the human condition. This workshop will provide an overview of the entrepreneurial mindset that will allow you to identify, assess and act on opportunities in different contexts, settings and organisations. The focus of this workshop is NOT about how to start a business, about how to see opportunities to bring about effective economic and/or social change, to create new and added value for stakeholders and society, that can be applied to new business ideas or to promote innovation within existing organisations. The capacities to ‘think like an entrepreneur’ and ‘act like an innovator’ are crucial for success across industries.
