Webinar: Intellectual Property and AI Systems
This webinar explores the intersection of artificial intelligence(AI) and intellectual property (IP), with a particular focus on AI-related risks in IP, including capacity and enforcement challenges. It will examine how AI is transforming the creation, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property rights, while discussing legal and policy responses to issues such as AI-generated works, infringement, ownership, and the institutional capacity required to effectively regulate and enforce IP rights in the age of AI in both Kenya and South Africa.
