Disability Indaba

The Social Work Department will be hosting a Disability Indaba under the theme: Beyond Qualifications: Unlocking potential and Advancing Inclusion.

The purpose of the Indaba is to create a platform that connects students and graduates with disabilities to opportunities, resources, employers, and key stakeholders, while facilitating meaningful discussions on disability inclusion, employability, and career development. 

The primary target audience includes:

• Undergraduate students with disabilities.
• Unemployed graduates with disabilities.
• Final-year students with disabilities who are preparing to transition into the labour market; and
• Postgraduate students with disabilities.
