This 2nd dialogue will emphasis on the intersection between community conditions, mental health, psychosocial wellbeing and experiences of women in mining.

The discussion aims to stimulate evidence-based dialogue on how industry, government, organised labour, academia, and communities can work together to strengthen support systems, improve mental health outcomes, and develop more gender-responsive health and safety interventions that recognise the broader social contexts in which mineworkers, particularly women, live and work.
