V.V.V Security - An action-packed satire set in the vibrant and evocative world of an art gallery. This production delves into the profound ramifications of colonialism and its enduring impact on Africa, examining themes of history, language, and culture. The story unfolds from the unique perspective of three security guards entrusted with protecting the art they also question. It grapples with how colonial legacies shape our modern-day psychology, influencing our connection to heritage, lineage, and a sense of belonging. The narrative is brought to life through the dynamic mediums of physical theatre and verbatim theatre, blending sharp commentary with visceral storytelling.
