Okae Molao Album Launch Event

Acclaimed musician Mdu Mtshali is set to host the official album launch event for his debut project, Okae Molao.

Titled Okae Molao — meaning “Where is the law?” the album is a soul-stirring journey that delves into themes of purpose, spirituality, and healing. It blends Mdu’s signature jazz roots with rich African influences, introspective lyrics, and a sonic depth that showcases his evolution as a composer and performer.

In what is set to be a powerful live showcase, Mdu Mtshali will be joined on stage by an ensemble of highly respected musicians, including: Jimmy Mngwandi, Sydney Mavundla, Kenny Williams, Thami Mahlangu, Vuyo Tshuma, Vusi Nhlapo, and special guest Mimi Mtshali.

Guests can expect an evening of live music, storytelling, and the opportunity to engage with
the creative energy behind the album.
