Our People

The Wits MIND Institute is a collective of 66 Wits Academics, from across all 5 of Wits’ Faculties, that push the fronties of science in the areas of machine, human and animal intelligence, within the over-arching pillars of fundamental, applied and societal aspects of intelligence.

The Institute is governed by a Scientific Advisory Committee that meets twice a year, a Management Committee that meets monthly, and is administratively supported by a team of professional research management and adminsitration support staff.
