Undergraduate Programmes

The School offers two undergraduate degree programmes:

  • BSc Construction Studies (3 years)
  • BSc Property Studies (3 years)

Graduates of the BSc Construction Studies may go on to do a 1-year BSc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, provided they satisfy the minimum requirements.

Graduates of the BSc Property Studies degree may go on to do a 1-year Honours degree in Property Studies, provided they satisfy the minimum requirements.

BSc (CS) - Construction Studies The School of Construction Economics and Management offers professionally recognised qualifications in construction management, property studies, and quantity surveying.
BSc (CS) - Property Studies A degree in BSc Construction Studies in the field of Property Studies will give you a solid foundation in the property sector which represents half of the world’s economic wealth.
