Biometrics is Here

What is Biometrics?

It is a technical term used for body measurements that are distinct and measurable (eg. fingerprints) used for authentication purposes in access control systems.

Why are we changing to Biometrics?

This is to upgrade the existing access control system and to enhance the safety of the Wits community.
