WWC, under the guidance of Wits Sport, offers opportunities to students with skill and aptitude in a number of sporting codes such as Morabaraba (traditional African board game), draught, Computer games (FIFA, Call of Duty, Counter Strike etc) and historical figure games.
  • Furthermore the club assist students in competing at both provincial and national tournaments, both online and in person and if chosen the individual will represent South Africa internationally.
  • Over the years the club has produced South African team representatives such as Ryan van den Bergh and David Vannucci. The club has also produced Collin Webster, who is the President of the Mind Sport South Africa (MSSA).
  • In partnership with Wits Sport and generously sponsored by the Centre of Telecommunications Access and Services, School of Electrical and Information Engineering, the server (Dell PowerEdge SC1420) enables us to pursue many sports initiatives for the future.
