DESCRIPTION: Join us for visual art, poetry, connection, calm and qigong. Let's take a journey through the creative process to experience what stories emerge! Take time to listen to the grond (earth) envisioning its creative potential for our process.
<br />From there, we move inside the museum to ground our minds and bodies through gentle Qigong exercises. You will then begin a group drawing exercise, followed by sculptural explorations using organic materials. After a reflection of what has been created, we go back outside to install our creations in the museum garden, ending our story for the day.
<br />All materials will be provided; Light refreshments will be served.
