Newly built and set in spacious, secure surrounds on the Ridge in Parktown, the complex is close to all Wits campuses. Accommodation offered
Phase 1, comprising 450 beds, a mix of bachelor, two, three and four- bedroom apartments are available.

Apartment types:

• Studio (Bachelor) – Self contained, furnished compact apartment with bathroom, kitchenette, cooker and fridge.
• Two-bedroom – Self-contained, with shared bathroom, kitchenette, cooker, fridge, and dining area.
• Three-bedroom – Self contained with shared bathroom, kitchenette with dining area. Fridge supplied per bedroom.
• Four-bedroom – Self contained with two shared bathrooms, kitchenette with dining area. Fridge supplied per bedroom.
  
  Each apartment is also equipped with a telephone, Internet connectivity and wall mounted heater.

Wits Junction includes all the essentials of comfortable residence living:

Fees and Applying

• Students may apply for 12 month leases or less 
• Rentals from R36500 to R45625 per annum ( approximately R3040 to R3800 per month)
• No application fee 2012
• R750 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking
• 20% of annual rental payable up-front before initial occupation
• A lease agreement will be required to be signed
