Sofia Kostelac is an associate lecturer in the discipline of English Literature. She completed her M.A. on the representation of historical trauma in Yvonne Vera's late novels at Wits in 2006. She is currently undertaking her PhD research on the writing of South African author, Damon Galgut.
Her research and teaching interests include the modernist novel, contemporary Southern African writing and theories of literature.
