B rief Professional History

Sofia Kostelac is a lecturer in the discipline of English Literature. She recently completed her PhD on the writing of the South African author, Damon Galgut. Her MA research concerned the representation of historical trauma in Yvonne Vera's late novels.

Teaching and Supervision

Her research and teaching interests include the modernist novel, contemporary Southern African writing and theories of literature.
