M ark is a visiting researcher with the LINK Centre.
His research interests include the drivers and dynamics of e-government development, as well as frameworks, methods and measures for monitoring performance and evaluating e-government outcomes. Mark also works as independent public sector consultant and has been involved in small and larger research and development programmes.
