His current research interests include constitutional law, customary law reform and the ideology of human rights with a particular focus on group rights.
S anele Sibanda is Senior Lecturer at the School of Law. Since joining the School in 2002, he has taught a wide range of subjects at undergraduate level that include Customary Law, Introduction to Constitutional Law, Insurance Law, Persons and Family Law and Administrative Law. His involvement in postgraduate studies has been with the supervision of LLM research reports in Constitutional Law. Prior to joining the School of Law, Sanele was registered as an attorney of the Supreme Court of Zimbabwe and was involved in legal practice for a period of three years.
