T shepo Mosikatsana was appointed a professor in the law school in March 2000. Before he joined the law school in 1995, he was a part-time lecturer at Algonquin College of Applied Arts in Ottawa, Canada. He also served as a teaching assistant in the sociology department at the University of Regina, Canada. He teaches the law of persons, family law, criminal law, criminal procedure and race & law. His publications focus on law, race and gender, gay/lesbian equality, adoption and child welfare law and policy.
