Fields of Study in the Built Environment

    The newly launched three year programme in Construction Studies is a generic qualification that prepares students for professional postgraduate (Honours level) studies in the disciplines of Quantity Surveying and Construction Management. 
  • Bachelor of Science in Property Studies (BSc (PS))
    The re-designed 4 year programme in Property Studies prepares students for professional roles in the property sector in areas such as property investment and development and investment, property management, property valuation and appraisal and facilities management.
