The East Campus Cluster is located on the University’s original campus and includes the following residences:
Housing: 350 students
Meals: All meals are provided
Amenities: Dining hall, two TV lounges, two computer mini-labs (one for disabled students), a laundry, a large coffee lounge, tutorial room and a group study area.
Jubilee Hall is a modern high-rise building surrounded by gardens and overlooking the University’s original playing fields. Students can expect a friendly, supportive environment conducive to study and relaxation.

Meals: Breakfast and dinner are served in the catering centre. Lunch arrangements vary according to each student’s needs and activities.
Amenities: Common room, two TV lounges with DSTV, games room, tuckshop, a laundry and a computer mini-lab.
"Men’s Res" consists of two residences, College House and Dalrymple House, joined by a communal driveway and linking gardens.
Accommodation varies from single to triple rooms. All rooms have telephones and central heating.

Amenities: Two TV rooms, a laundromat, an intercom/telephone system between student rooms and reception, a games room, a tuckshop, a study hall, a discussion room and a computer room.
Sunnyside, the smallest of all the catering residences, is an attractive Herbert Baker-style building, set in a private wooded garden, on the East Campus.
The residence is managed by a full-time Assistant Registrar, an Accommodation Officer and two part-time Hall Co-ordinators who live on the premises, as well as an elected student House Committee.
