This popular cluster comprises three modern residences situated beteen the academic buildings and the sports fields on the West Campus and houses more senior students. From here, the AMIC deck provides quick and safe access to the East Campus.

Situated in park-like surroundings, Barnato Hall houses students from 2nd year undergraduates to postgraduate level, and is in close proximity to the Faculties of Law, Engineering and Commerce.
All students have single rooms. Self-catering students live in self-contained sections of the residence each with its own kitchenette and dining area.
There is easy access to a modern squash centre, gymnasium and sports fields, creating a relaxed and comfortable environment conducive not only to academic study but also to recreation.

Amenities: Large courtyards that can be used for entertainment and relaxation areas, TV rooms, a large main lounge, a reading room where newspapers are delivered daily, a committee room, computer center, a tuck shop, a table tennis room, and a laundry.
This residence is adjacent to Barnato Hall and was completed in 1992. Each student has his/her own study/bedroom with beautiful furnishings and study facilities. Easily accessible rooms for disabled students are located on the ground floor with specially designed bathrooms permitting wheelchair access. A well-equipped laundry is provided for the residents. Amenities such as squash courts, tennis courts, a gymnasium and soccer fields are close at hand.

Housing: 189 students
Amenities: Communal laundry facilities, a TV lounge and a computer mini-lab are located in the community centre below the village.
West Campus Village is situated near the Convocation Dining Hall on the West Campus, and overlooks a beautiful lake. The residence forms a complete and cohesive village with the individual residential units creatively linked by gardens and pathways. Ground floor access for persons with disabilities has been provided.
The complex consists of eight buildings housing approximately 24 students each. All students have single rooms that contain a kitchenette, ablution facilities and a sleeping/study area. The rooms are fully furnished.
Sporting facilities such as soccer fields, squash courts and a multi-use gym are within walking distance.
