Fees

INTRODUCTORY CERTIFICATE
R18250 for all four courses or R 4 000 each for the three semester courses (Communication, Economics and General Principles of Commercial Law) and R 6 250 for the full year course (Financial Accounting I). Fees include course notes, tuition and exam fees, but exclude the cost of textbooks, parking fee (R 460 for the year for part-time on-campus parking) and a once-off access card fee of R 130. There is a replacement fee if cards are lost.

INTERMEDIATE CERTIFICATE
R24 500 for all five courses or R 4 000 each for the three semester courses (Advanced Commercial Law, Management Principles and Management Information Systems) and R 6 250 each for the full year courses (Taxation and Financial Accounting II). Fees include course notes, tuition and exam fees, but exclude the cost of textbooks, parking fee (R 460 for the year for part-time on-campus parking) and a once-off access card fee of R 130. There is a replacement fee if cards are lost.

ADVANCED CERTIFICATE
R20 2500 for all four courses or R4 000 each for the three semester courses (Corporate Law, Management Principles and Management Information Systems) and R 6 250 each for the full year course (Financial Accounting III). Fees include course notes, tuition and exam fees, but exclude the cost of textbooks, parking fee (R 460 for the year for part-time on-campus parking) and a once-off access card fee of R 130. There is a replacement fee if cards are lost.

Fees must be paid in full by close of registration depending on the number of courses taken. Credit and debit card payments can be made at the Wits Plus CIS office. EFT and bank deposits are to be paid into the bank account indicated on your invoice, which you obtain when you register.
