BA Degrees | Apply

Applicants should make sure of the closing dates for applications. Late applications are NOT accepted under any circumstances.

The primary intake for both the BA and the BCom degree happens in February. Applications for this registration run from 1 August to 30 November of the preceding year.

The BA degree also has a mid-year intake. Registrations for this take place in June and applications will be accepted from 2 April.

Application forms should be completed and delivered at our Wits Plus office on the West campus at Wits University in Braamfontein.

Please ensure that it is accompanied by:
- Your proof of payment of the R300 application fee.
- The originals of your ID, marriage certificate (if applicable) and Matric certificate.
- Post school certificates and full academic transcripts (if applicable). We will return your certificates to you immediately as we take copies and certify them while you wait.

You will be counselled when you deliver the application form as far as choice of courses and planning of your studies is concerned.

We do not accept faxed, e-mailed or mailed application forms or cash at the Wits Plus offices.
