In the Engineering Block located on the west side of Central Block is the Humanities Graduate Centre. The Centre is a one stop information service for humanities graduate students from application through to graduation. The graduate centre has two computer labs one of which is open seven days a week. The Centre is there to support your research and apart from offering dedicated carrels to students and space within which to study and socialise, focuses on assisting post grads with research and writing techniques and ways in which to positively benefit from studying at Wits. Internet facilities are available. There is also a seminar room where numerous stimulating seminars are organised. Workshops are offered throughout the year on topics that will assist you with research and writing.
