Please note a booking is not confirmed until an Agreement of Lease has been signed by both parties and a deposit or the full payment may be required to confirm the booking.
Hiring Procedures:
Step 1 :
Check availability of venue with the Admin Secretary.
Step 2 :
Request an application form, have it filled in and submitted asap.
Step 3 :
A signed Lease Agreement will then be emailed to you with fees payable.
Step 4 :
Sign and return a copy of the Lease Agreement, together with proof of payment. Your booking is then confirmed.
Step 5 :
Only EFT and cash deposits will be accepted. Reference should be the name of the Organisation or the Department or the name of the Representative.
