Human Nutrition Research Laboratory

Human Nutrition Research Laboratory. Research in this lab focuses on the pathophysiology of diseases of lifestyle like hypertension and type-2 diabetes and the role of micronutrients found in fruits and vegetables in the prevention of these diseases. Current focus: South African Hypertension and Diet Study (SAHDS).
