illuminating Change Photographic Competition

The Illuminating Change Photographic Competition, held annually by the Wits Transformation Office, has brought forth an interesting array of entries from staff and students this year. With the aim of capturing the spirit of transformation on campus and translate the vastly diverse understanding of what Wits means to the entire Wits community, the 2012 winners were announced during WALE 5.0, where an exhibit of a selection of images and were held. The keynote speaker at the event was award-winning photographer Peter McKenzie. The winning photograph was taken by Frederick Mabitsela entitled The revolution will not be televised. It will be live.
