
There is always a ‘restlessness’ about Wits - a tension within and beyond the University, which is indicative of the true essence of great universities – a
challenging spirit, a safe space for differing voices, a platform for intellectual debate, a melting pot of ideas and a celebration of the diversity of people,
ideas and programmes.
Everyone has a unique Wits experience and/or memory. Wits invites you to share your Wits memories – good or bad – with the University this year. All these memories will be archived digitally, with a view to possibly publishing a selection of the contributions in a special publication, when Wits celebrates its centennial birthday in 2022.
