
The School of Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for appointment in the field of Chemical Engineering.
The School has an established reputation for the quality of its graduates and research facilities. Excellent opportunities exist for consultation/collaboration with the chemical/minerals processing industry.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess a suitable first degree in Chemical Engineering and MSc(Eng), PhD degree preferable. The field of specialization is open and the successful candidate will be encouraged to pursue research in his/her own field of interest. Good teaching and research experience at a tertiary education level is required.
Duties: Undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, supervision of research students, development of research programmes and related administration.
