A Mindfulness presentation that will lead to a group, is taking place at CCDU, on Braamfontein Campus West


Mindfulness is about being aware in the present moment.  This helps us to be calm and more confident which makes us more resilient.

 Practising mindfulness helps you to:

  • be able to manage your stress more effectively
  • to have greater clarity of mind to allow you to make non-reactive choices in everyday life
  • increased ability to respond rather than react
  • better focus and attention for learning
  • slow down and see where you are
  • become more aware of your bodily sensations, feelings and thoughts.
