Research in Anatomical Sciences

Anatomical Sciences is a research active School and all staff are encouraged to produce internationally recognised and original work in leading publications. The School houses a number of research facilities and curates internationally recognised anatomical and skeletal collections.

Within the academic divisions of gross morphological anatomy, structural biology (histology) and biological anthropology, active research is being carried out in Biological Anthropology, Comparative Neurosciences, Adult Neurogenesis, Toxicology, Tumour Immunology and Thrombosis, Osteoscience and Developmental Biology.
