June Graduation for Faculty of Science

There will be three graduation ceremonies for the Faculty of Science.  We will include graduations of both postgraduate and undergraduate students in these ceremonies.  These ceremonies will be divided by subject area (eg. Biological Sciences/Mathematical Sciences/Earth Sciences/Physical Sciences).  The ceremonies will be clustered as follows:

• 26 March 2013 15H00,
• 27 March 2013 10H00
• 27 March 213 15H00

You shall receive further details from the Examinations and Graduations Office (EGO).  If you have qualified and have not heard from  EGO, kindly contact the Faculty Office on (011) 717 6014 for further assistance.  Students who are not in good standing with the University e.g. have fees or library books outstanding or have their results withheld for some other reason, will not be allowed to graduate. 

The following points are important:

• Please notify the Faculty Office if your postal address and/or telephone number has changed. This is important as the University will be sending you information about your graduation.

If you have changed your name since registration and wish to graduate in your new name, please notify the Faculty Office. You will be required to submit certified documents to verify any change.
