Admission Requirements and Closing Dates

Higher Diploma in Computer Science  (SX000)

Admission Criteria:              

• A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
• All applications for admission to the Higher Diploma in Computer Science are assessed on an individual basis.
• The number of students admitted to the Higher Diploma in Computer Science is limited. Preference is given to students who achieve excellent academic results.  

Closing Date for Applications for January 2013: 30 September 2012

Postgraduate Diploma in Science (SX001)

Admission Criteria:

• A Bachelor of Science with Honours of this or another university
• A graduate of this or another university who holds a degree in another faculty whose curriculum has ordinarily extended over not less than four academic years of full-time study.

Closing Date for Applications for January 2013: 30 September 2012

 Postgraduate Diploma in Scientific Studies  (SX002)

Admission Criteria:              

• A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
• All applications for admission to the Postgraduate Diploma in Scientific Studies are assessed on an individual basis.
• The number of students admitted to the Postgraduate Diploma in Scientific Studies. Preference is given to students who achieve excellent academic results.
