Instructions to Authors

Manuscript Submission and Handling

Submission of a manuscript implies that the work has not been published before, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that its publication has been approved by any co-authors. Authors are requested to send their manuscript by e-mail to the editor. Manuscripts are all peer reviewed by two or three reviewers. Authors will receive confirmation of receipt (by e-mail) and notification of progress by the editor. After acceptance of final manuscripts for publication, authors will be requested to submit their articles as rtf files via e-mail. A pdf will be supplied free to the senior author.

Contributors need not be members of the H . There are no page charges, but authors having access to funds for payment of printing costs are encouraged to contribute to publication costs. Financial contributions ensure immediate publication for manuscripts in press.
