To qualify for entry to the Master of Arts program, you would normally have to have a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Art, or a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Drama and Film. However, exceptions apply, and all interested students are encouraged to contact us.

Prospective students are usually requested to present themselves for an interview

as part of the application process.



Prospective students are advised that

a) application for admission does not constitute/guarantee acceptance into any postgraduate programme

b) students may commence a programme of study in February or July of any academic year

c) the deadline for applications for the February intake is the end of September of the year before, and the end of May for July

d) foreign students must apply for admission in sufficient time to enable them to obtain a study permit before classes commence
