There is a fee of R10 per workshop and booking is essential as numbers for each session are limited due to venue size. The Faculty Research Office also offers support workshops which are open to all postgraduate students and staff. There is no cost for the workshops but booking is requested so that sufficient handouts can be prepared. Venues, usually 3Q04, will be confirmed on the noticeboard next to the Postgraduate Hub, 4th Floor, MedicalSchool. For the excel workshops we will be in the Cyber Resource Centre in the faculty library (immediately on your left as you enter the library) If you wish to bring your lap top please do so. Workshops are run by Dr Alison Bentley, Faculty Research coordinator.
Please email information regarding the workshops you would like to attend to courses.health@wits.ac.za. You will be informed if the workshop is oversubscribed or if the venue has to be changed.
