TEACHING & TRAINING

The Centre for Health Policy (CHP) is involved in post-graduate teaching within the School of Public Health as well as other departments of the University. We are responsible for four modules in the field of health systems and policy of the Masters in Public Health, which include lectures, group work and presentations, an individual assignment and integrated exams.

In addition, we offer an in-service research development capacity development programme which has had significant success in training young South Africans from disadvantaged backgrounds as health policy researchers and analysts.
